:BREATHWORK: · Gecko notices
A few mornings ago the house had a goose — kick at the junction, one continuum, t1:t2. Same bird. Today he has a name.
BarHead — for the bar-headed goose: the Himalayan flyer whose body is built for thin air. One-way airflow. Air sacs. Hypoxia-ready. Kick was lesson one; breath is the star he was always becoming!
This morning the Gym has two peer workouts, and they finally say their names out loud.
:SYNC: — Stillpoint. Tempo. Inner listening. The older brother. Cyan on the rail.
:BREATHWORK: — BarHead. Breath. Both feet. Manners on this floor (the kick stays off) and breathing brilliance. Lamp yellow on the rail.
feel like choosing another workout? — and you can. Either way: the active one says (here).

BarHead
Uber-breath re-locked in talk, not in secret: hotkeys A→F inhale spiral down · Y→O exhale spiral up · joints prolongable · t2 = A→A — the whole loop - one full breath in, hold, breath out, hold. Space finishes a take.
The hairline stops. Personal score glows on the scale. Peek stays Gym-quiet in the deck — as always. Fast foot can be a slit of light or a clear ball. Your choice.
The continuum goose did not leave. He grew a proper name — and a floor where breath is the work.
Gecko
Gecko does not crown you. He measures Growth.
World landmark at the top — Guinness static apnea, 2009, 11:35 — gravity, not a leaderboard. Yours · max underneath. Live climb (hairline) in between. Somatic navigation holding the whole path.
When he speaks a line that matters, you can stick it. Yellow post-it. The HUD clears — either page copy or sticky, never both. Feel first. Peel later.
Stillpoint air
The afterglow box is Air for youth — expanded when a take lands. Experts roll it to a min bar and open it when they need the choices. I know my way does not delete the box. It graduates you. Lab footer youth again restores teaching air.
What we ask of QA
Feel it before hunting it.
Gym chooser. BarHead floor. Gecko's neck. Stick a line. Roll Stillpoint. Switch workouts.
When the mouth is ready: "wow, folk" is enough. Improvements can wait for the second cup of coffee.
Tune in. Do a proper workout. Listen. Notice. Stay. Feel better.
